One of my gripes is the crime in London and my friend, who is a Special Constable, works in the Met and I think it is great that he spends up to 4 hours a week patrolling London. He has inspired me to be a member of the Police Community Citizens Panel (they will ask us for our views on the police) and plan to help ...
