I’ve got a bit of thing about standing on top of really high places and looking at the view. Paris has the Eiffel tower, New York has got the Empire state but where do I go in London? I’ve been to the champagne bar at the top of tower42 but it’s hilariously expensive to buy a drink, and they won...

As us public can’t view it, tell us virtually what it is like, especially the top pointy bit?

I mean literally, what nice views do you have from your window? My desk looks out across to St Pancras and I can see the clock tower (only in winter though when the tree in front of my window has lost its leaves) and the window in my post room has a nice view across Hampstead Heath and the Royal Free Hospital. What ...

So I’m looking for the best place in London to see the fireworks displays going off around the city. I’m not looking for a place with a display necessarily just a place you can cuddle up round a thermos on Nov 5th and watch the sky light up around the city. Any suggestions?
