There is a round vent on a small raised lawn over the road from the entrance to Westminster Abbey (infront of the Methodist Central Hall). I’ve heard this is for the miles of ‘secret tunnels’ under parliament. Is this true? It is not far from the route of the District line so could be a tube vent b...
