Does anyone know under what circumstances a black cab with For Hire sign illuminated can refuse a fare? I’ve heard that they’re not allowed to refuse a fair if the destination is within 6 miles of Charing Cross, but is this true? Can they refuse you if you are carrying drink/food/too much shopping, or...
