Does anyone know of a restaurant or place that teaches you how to prepare Sushi. A friend of mine loves it and I would like to get her an unusual birthday present. Thanks. Dream Monkey

I went for lunch at Saki in Smithfields today and it was lovely – even though it was snowing outside which did seem a bit incongruous with sushi somehow. A flask of warm sake soon put that to rights. Anyway it was fab and I just thought I’d share it…

Where can I eat raw chicken in London? I ate it once in Tokyo. It was prepared like sushi, but not that common from what I could figure out. Friends who live there told me that they’d heard it was quite dangerous. But that only made it tastier. And it was very tasty. And I’d like to taste it again. Can anyone help?
