Are the Cheif Constable of Cheshire’s proposals purely reactionary or do you think banning drinking in anywhere not licenced by the local authority is a good idea? he has also suggested raising the drinking age to 21. Personally I think increasing the drinking age would only lead to more underage drinking ...

underage drinking reactionary drivel i havent drunk cider since i was 16 and im a better person for it although i did manage to lead many young impressionable french people astray when i was a student they were all above the legal drinking age mlud
