Hi I’m getting married next year and it’s a nightmare trying to find a venue. I just want to find something similar to a local village hall, but in London. Somewhere that will let us sort out our own caterers / bring our own booze and not charge us a fortune for it. We’re happy to decorate ourselve...

Friends of friends of mine are getting married on 26 April 2008 at Chelsea Town Hall then have hired an old Routemaster bus to ferry everyone to a venue for the afternoon for fish and chips. The problem is where? The evening do is at the Alfred Hitchcock Hotel in Leytonstone and people will have to make their own...
