Going home last night on the northbound Victoria Line the driver announced that we wouldn’t be stopping at Finsbury Park due to overcrowding at the station. Loads of people got off at Highbury & Islington as a result so the train was much emptier than usual going through Finsbury Park. My question is: h...

So, those of you who frequent Finsbury Park, will probably know of the Pak empire on Stroud Green Road. About ten shops all with matching green shutters. I always imagined it was a Mrs. Pak who ran the show, given the prdigious amounts of wigs and hair-care products on offer. Shops staffed by an army of her brothers...
