I was driving along the North Circular last night and spotted, every half a mile or so, loads of little cameras lined along the gantries across the road. Just why are there all those homes on the North Circular that are in such a bad state, some have fallen down roofs,crumbling walls and, they just look cack. How come no one owns them, or does someone? Just what is going on? Anyone?
