Now and again, over the past year or so, an apparently sane guy would put up a few placards outside the Mormon church on Exhibition Road, and stand around (slightly uncomfortably) with a handful of leaflets, although I never saw him actually and out any of them ! At least once, I saw a couple of policemen giving ...
