Does anyone actually know why it takes so insanely long for Circle and Metropolitan Line trains to leave Aldgate on their way to Liverpool Street. Admitedly, I’m not on those trains often, but when I am the 5-6 minute delay when I’m in a rush/late isn’t helpful. And it seems to happen every time. ...

I was on my way home on the Met line, it was packed as it always is, we pulled into King X and the normal herds of commuters got off and the new ones got on. This one guy ran onto the train as the doors were closing and held the door for his mate who was coming through the gates. I heard from the platform this ranti...
