I was idly wondering about the flashing orange lights that adorn the minicab offices in London. When did they come in? Was it started by one office and then got popular and spread throughout London? Is it some law passed by GLC? It just seems a bit odd – most people can read the sign outside a minicab offic...

I’ve lived in London for about two and a half months now and have happily gorged myself on London take away, but this American girl is desperate for some crab rangoons. Does anyone know where I might find a Chinese restaurant in London that sells this American-Chinese appetizer?
