Whilst recommending places for hearty lunches – try BLT’s on Gt Eastern St/Curtain Road. Daily Specials, massive portions and a hangover beating egg and bacon sarnie! Don’t all rush at once though, the queues are bad as it is! Woodenhorse

What’s to become of all the Benji shops? The ones I’ve been in are too small to turn into coffee shops, and it would be odd to try another sandwich shop given its success rate. I hope the administrators will sell the 46 branches separately and inject a new stream of originality into the high street...
