Where can I find a club in central London with no young people?

Does anyone know of any nice grown-up clubs in central London where no-one under 25 is allowed? I live near Little Venice (W2) and haven’t found any decent club that my friends and I can go - a place that is not packed like sardines with young people whose idea of fun evening is getting drunk and getting laid!...
