Anyone know any poetry slam / spoken word / open mic / performance nights?

I used to mess around in this sort of scene back in Brighton, and despite the obvious cringey moments I have some fond memories of it all… anyone know any good nights for this sort of thing, so I can see if I’m looking at my memories with rose tinted specs or if there is something in it?
