In Belsize Park there are a great number of lime trees, from which a sticky sap-like substance falls (usually onto people’s high octane cars – ho, ho). Camden Council makes itself out to be very tree friendly, but they have been regularly scalping the lime trees, including the one right outside my window...

I am far too dithery and useless to do this by myself, so I turn to you. Where should I have my birthday dinner? I need somewhere that can accommodate around a dozen people, not too stuffy, posh or pricey; but not a tourist hell-hole. I’d prefer something like Vietnamese, Japanese or Mexican food – so...
