Can anyone recommend any places where women can go to learn to box, mainly for a workout but also for the skills. It can be contact or non-contact, but not a boxercise type thing. thanks

Nice fully functional rowing machine available for absolutely free. You just need to pick it up and give us back our space in the bedroom, thanks.
