Where can the larger-footed gentleman buy shoes?

I’m size 12, which I feel is not unreasonable, but generally I have to resort to the world wide interweb for means of shoe-purchasing. Most shops will have a few 12’s, but never the ones I want. Is there a shop that will sell me a good range of large-footed shoes? I am interested in mules.
Where can I get my feet fixed?

Any tips for getting a pedicure somewhere in this filthy town? Ideally not somewhere swankeraneous nor cashamungous. I’m not that high rent, but it has to be somewhere I can take my ma. She’s the kind to pick paperclips up off the street to ‘save for later’, so she aint high rent either. ta.
