It’s not big or clever, but once every so often I drink plenty of beer and get a hankering for barbecue spare ribs and chips…something to do with beer bringing out the caveman within. Few places do good ribs, even fewer let you throw the bones over your shoulder; Bodeans is about the best that I know but...

You know how it is, you’ve had too much to drink and you need some dirty food. It’s the only thing that will scratch your particular itch. Is yours a donner kebab with chilli sauce? Perhaps it’s chips with lashings of burger sauce? Or my particular favourite, a sausage in batter. Mmmmmmmmmmmmm.
