“Person under a train”? “Customer action”? “Customer incident”? How do you think they should publicly announce these? Should we be preserved from the gory details of whatever’s impeding our journey? Or should we have our faces rubbed (metaphorically) in it?

It’s just taken me 2 hours to get from Richmond to Islington, a journey that should have taken 35 minutes (via Silverlink). That’s pretty close to my longest delay ever, I think. So, what’s your longest delay (calculated in terms of actual journey time minus standard length of journey)
