Has anyone ever done any cooking courses or stuff that are (a) Cheap (b) London based, and© not a bunch of poncey wank? I can cook, yeah, and don’t need a detailed recipe and set of scales, but I’m not that quick or confident at certain things. I’d like to be taught how to chop things prop...
