Has anyone else noticed the black and white CCTV Smart Car that seems to be eternally parked in the evenings on Great Russell Street, facing the junction with Bloomsbury Street? What is it doing there? What are they looking for? I know that TfL have a mention on their site about the car, or one like it, that is used...
