The title says it all, I need a garden for the good of my soul, but I also want to buy a place in jolly Bethnal Green where there seem to be no properties around with outside space that I can afford. Not sure anyone can help but just needed to share…and I think that people who just want a garden to have barbe...

So – a change in circumstances means that it might be good for me to move closer to town. Currently own a flat in Leyton. (Lucky me.) Mortgage is a beautifully managable £500 a month. Rent in the area I’d be looking at is likely to be closer to £1,200. (Ugh.) Buying would be absolutely impossible. ...
