By registering to use Kudocities, you confirm that you have read the following privacy policy and terms of use, and that you agree to be bound by them.

Our privacy policy and terms of use are very simple…

• We promise never to pass your personal information to anyone else, except if legally obliged to do so under British or European law. Only information that you choose to share through your public profile, or via the conversation areas of the site will be available to others.
• We may, from time to time, email you to tell you about new services we have launched or to notify you of important changes to your Kudocities account. We promise to keep the number of information emails to an absolute minimum.
• Although your contact information remains strictly confidential, Kudocities allows other users to send you emails using an anonymous forwarding system. You can opt to be uncontactable at any time by changing the settings on your profile page.
• All material posted by you on Kudocities remains your copyright. However, by posting on Kudocities, you agree to allow us an unlimited licence to use your submissions in any way we see fit, online, in print or in any other medium. No payment will be made for submissions used in this way.
• Apart from your own submissions, you must not forward or reproduce in any way – electronic or manual – any material from Kudocities without also including a credit to Kudocities and a link to the source page at www. kudocities.com. We reserve the right to seek an appropriate legal remedy if you breach any part of this agreement.
• If you have a refund or payment enquiry, please email payments@kudocities.com. If, within seven days, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a full refund.
• We reserve the right to cancel your membership of Kudocities at any time, for any reason. But we’ll only do so if we think you deserve it.
