Where can I eat raw chicken in London? I ate it once in Tokyo. It was prepared like sushi, but not that common from what I could figure out. Friends who live there told me that they’d heard it was quite dangerous. But that only made it tastier. And it was very tasty. And I’d like to taste it again. Can anyone help?

HN51.
in London, you can eat raw chicken anywhere you like, although some people consider eating in public to be rude (me included).

The Japanese are the only people I’d trust with raw meat. So maybe a highly-reputed Japanese restaurant in London. I’ve never hear of raw chicken though! Raw beef and fish are lovely, but chicken, hmmm.
