I’ve just moved into a new place and am looking for a housemate to share the place with me.

It is a fully furnished 5th floor penthouse apartment with floor to ceiling windows throughout – Very spacious (900 sq ft internal area); Fully fitted, modern finish kitchen; 24h concierge; Video entrance; South facing, 1200 sq ft terrace with extensive views over London; Wooden flooring throughout. All the rooms in the apartment lead out onto the terrace.

The rent is £280 p/w (including some bills).

The room on offer is the ensuite Master bedroom – with awesome views of Canary Wharf (from bedroom and terrace).

There are really good transport links- Jubilee line (one stop from Canary Wharf), bus stop outside apartment block (buses 108, 129, 161, 188, 422, 472, 486) Perfect location for commuting into Canary Wharf

5 mins walk to local ameneties (Odeon Cinema, Sainsburys, B+Q, Comet, Nandos, Pizza Hut, etc). 8 mins walk to the O2 dome and the North Greenwich tube station.

A hot tub will be fitted as soon as I get the permission for it.

Basic list of furnishings:

BBQ, Patio furniture (huge umbrella, patio heater, sun loungers, table, chairs), Television, Computer, Digital movie projector, Home cinema system, Phone, Broadband, Freeview, Washing machine, Dryer, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Hob, loads of other random stuff.

This would be the perfect place for a young proffesional (like myself), particularly someone who works in Canary Wharf (I work in one of the bank buildings). The place would also be suitable for couples but they do say three’s a crowd…
