We’re looking for a housemate, 27+ to share friendly, peaceful 4 bedroom house with us (2 professional women & 2 cats). We’re clean, responsible and sociable people, with interests such as film, music, art, sports, the outdoors and people. Our house tends to be a pretty chilled out place, esp mid-week, but we also like the odd get together at ours.

What’s on offer: Furnished double bedroom, large kitchen with all mod cons, lounge, communal study/ guest room, lovely garden. Wireless broadband, cable TV.

On Harringay Ladders, close to shops and restaurants. Close to tube (Manor House, Picc line Zone 2), rail (Harringay Green Lanes & Harringay) and buses into central London. Non-smoker preferred. £450 pcm excl; 1 year contract (references & deposit required).
