Room for rent in top floor flat, Millbank

My flat mate’s moving out, and his room is going. My landlady is in Kazakhstan until July, at which point she wants ot move back in, and you could choose to stay or move on. So, there’s a room going in the flat from May 14th until July 14th, or until you want to move out. It’s on the top floor, and has a kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, taps, all the jazz, a lounge with a telly, dvd, freeview thingie that doesn’t really work, and views directly over the Thames overlooking MI6 and Vauxhall Bridge….. Bathroom has a decent shower, and the flat is furnished. The room for rent is pretty small. It’s alla bit posh, there are porters who deliver the mail and collect the rubbish, and the neighbours, who I never see, are all Brigadier so-and-so and the Very Reverend whatchamacallit, but no-one’s ever complained about my staggering in at 3am, 4am or 5am etc yet. There’s access to gardens too, but parking is a bastard. The Tate is two minutes away, but better still, there’s a pub immediately next door. Nearest tube is Pimlico, five minutes walk away.

Rent is 650 a month plus bills (phone, water, electricity, council tax), which don’t amount to a huge amount, and are paid as the bills come in.

The taps go on and off. Hot and cold. Or a lukewarm mixture of the two. And there’s a waste disposal thingie too, that ate a spoon the other day. Jazz is for little pussy boys…....and you’re all cunts. Heh heh heh
