Double room available from 1st Feb in beautiful leafy Hampstead, v close to the Heath. It’s a small double, but the rent reflects this at £418 pcm excl – great for this neighbourhood. The flat is 8 min walk from Belsize Park tube, 1 min from Hampstead Heath overland station/buses to central London, and in a great location near all the shops, pubs and restaurants of South End Green and Hampstead Village. Sharing with 2 professional females aged 27/28, British/German, features editor and marketing manager. We both work hard and like to come back to a homely, tidy, relaxing flat. We enjoy a drink and a chat when we’re around. Looking for a friendly, considerate, clean, reliable, employed person to share with, non-smoker, ideally aged 25-30.
