Room available in Hackney!

I have been offered a residency in Liverpool and I urgently need someone to take my room in Hackney before the end of October.

I’m living with 2 amazing guys – an artist and a screen writer – both really chilled, interesting, interested… Both around 30 years of age… Double room, large kitchen and living/dining area, maisonette flat, 4 mins walk (wearing heels) to Clapton station (10 mins to Liverpool St and 10 mins walk to Stoke Newington and Dalston). I smoke here (like chimney), though the guys aren’t big smokers. I’ve had my cats here, but the guys don’t have pets. So good for anyone!! Secure flat, well lit area…

£390, £30 council tax, plus bills.

Much joy to be had, forward to anyone needed a new home…
