Question of the Day: is Peckham really 'Britain's number one creative hotspot'?

Or even London’s? Because the people behind the Peckham Literary Festival say that it is. They say there are ‘artists’ colonies breaking out all over the place, heaving with thesps and musicians, and of course writers’. Are there? Where are they? Are they under the bridge?

And if Peckham isn’t really the most creative place in London, where is? We must know.

I’m part of a Peckham-based arts collective (http://www.experiment1.co.uk) and I suppose Peckham is so full of artists as it’s one of the only places in London that you can get affordable studio space.

And check out my new event, a performance art night in February at Corsica Studios in Elephant and Castle. More details on the web link above!
