Want to do yoga but don’t have the time to go to a gym or yoga center? I can come and teach yoga in your home, either one-on-one or if you can get some friends together, in a small group. I teach Hatha-Vinyasa (a flowing form of yoga based on ashtanga) from beginners to advanced, Restorative (remedial scoliosis if required) and Ashtanga primary, and I’m happy to answer your questions before you commit to a class. I’m a qualified yoga teacher registered with Yoga Alliance, have been teaching for two years and have trained with Sri K. Patabhi Jois in Mysore and with various other great teachers (Danny Paradise, Sharon Gannon and David Life, Elise Miller, Chuck Miller and Maty Ezraty). I’ve been based in NYC for the past few years so I’m looking to build up my private client base from scratch now I’m back in London.
Please contact me for more details at fowler.ruth@gmail.com. A one-on-one session for one hour is 50 pounds, or share the cost between friends, maximum four people.

I’ve never done yoga, but coming back to London I’ve just wiped out two weeks of holiday relaxation in the space of one 1 hour journey from Kings X to my house, so I’d seriously consider something to help me unwind.
