    <content type="html">&lt;p&gt;Ok look, we&amp;#8217;ve had our 3 days of summer. It was lovely, we&amp;#8217;ll all look back on that one with a glint in our eye and a heartfelt sigh.&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;However, there does seem to be a consensus that whilst it was good, it&amp;#8217;s over. Clearly, though we can&amp;#8217;t have reached autumn yet because it&amp;#8217;s too early, nor have we skipped straight to winter, and spring is right out.&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;So, here we are, or there it is, depending on your point of view. This time of indeterminate clime peculiar to Britain, particular to London (and boy is it particulate). It needs a name.&lt;/p&gt;
