Heavy duty construction company needed

The water tanks in our building need to be replaced. It’s a big job with an equally big price tag. The management company has given us 30 days to suggest a decent contractor to do the work. 25 of those days have already passed. We don’t want to just default and go with who they suggest. Anyone know of a quality company who can do something like this for a reasonable price? Location within London unimportant. 30 kudos in it for you.

I work in construction in London, and would be happy to help- if you’d like to give a little more detail (how many tanks, size of building, location, etc), that might help, but consider asking a general builders’ work contractor like say Lancsville to look into it or recommend someone.

You need someone big enough to be insurable and reliable, but not so big as to be disinterested. With the market being the way it is, lots of medium size contractors will be happy to help. (Can also try asking at the pub who other people in industry would recommend.)
