Has anyone seen the lady with the cat round her neck?

Has anyone else seen the lady on the tube (seen at Westminster station changing between the Jubilee and D&C lines) who travels with her cat draped on her shoulders, or was I hallucinating? The lady was glaring at people, but the cat seemed perfectly at ease…
And does one have to purchase a ticket to take a creature on the tube, and what counts – children, yes – dogs? cats? small reptiles?

I wonder if you could take a horse on the tube.

premiumYou can take a horse on the tube but you can’t make it change at Green Park and take the northbound Victoria Line.

premiumOh come on BNM, you can do better than that!
You can take a horse to Bayswater, but you can’t make it drink. :P

Hmm I think I used to see some haughty domme doing this in fetish clubs a few years ago, wearing a cat like a fur stole (no it wasn’t actually a fur stole, it was definitely alive). Could it be the same person, or was I perhaps hallucinating myself>
