i was a big-ish fish (through association) in a small pond and i moved to london and loved being a miniscule fish in an ocean. but i must confess to liking going to my home town occasionally and knowing i will be able to see people i know just by walking down the road. wouldn’t like it all the time though. so, i guess i prefer being a small fish in a big pond.

why, what do you prefer?
