Can you help me find an office to rent?

Estate Agents are rubbish. Just in case anyone didn’t know yet. Commercial ones are just as bad as residential ones but smarmier.

Anyway, I’ve been hounding a whole list of commercial estate agents in a vain attempt to find an office to rent. Around 400-500 sq ft in Central London (West End/Waterloo/Paddington) to move into at the end of May. Must have an element of charm and/or cool and not be a decrepit, smelly, badly decorated hovel.

Any tips on good estate agents or spaces coming up, please do share! Definitely not serviced offices please – they’re just not suitable for this outfit which will soon be on the street. Cheers!

try Office Planet (presumably www.officeplanet.com but not sure) – they cater only for tenants looking for space and will go out and find you exactly what you need. they’ll also put you in contact with fit out contractors etc should you need them.
