Anyone know of those naughty chaps who like to *embellish* estate agent signs?

Currently, the view of the front of my house is being polluted by a persistent infestation of estate agent billboards. Despite them accidentally-on-purpose falling down from time to time, they always seem to be replaced by more. In exasperation, and also in a somewhat mischievous frame of mind, I think the policy should be to subvert their logos instead of wearily trying to outdo the fucking sign-putter-uppers.

I seem to remember there’s an art collective somewhere who specialise in hijacking estate agent signs, but after Googling for a bit I can’t find who it is. Any ideas?

There was the old, old joke about putting an “i” in the middle of “TO LET” signs, but that’s about it. Like you imply, a tenon saw is usually far more effective and fun.

Although, of course, Douglas Adams did take the piss out of the Islington Estate Agent “Hotblack Desiato”
