Any bright ideas for flat-hunting in SE London?

I’m asking here for a friend, because I’m happily ensconced in lovely East Dulwich/Peckham Rye borders, but would anyone know of a two bedroom furnished flat going in the South Bermondsey/ Peckham/ East Dulwich for a reasonable rate (max £260 p/w)? Alternatively, anyone know of any decent flat-finding websites other than gumtree and craigslist? Any ideas mightily appreciated. Thanks!
