An under 18s friendly venue to hire on a Saturday?

Long time reader, first time asker.

I am desperately in need of a venue for a party! This is a wrap-party for a project, and I need a venue that is the following:

• Available to hire exclusively on Saturdays
• Free, with a min spend under £3k
• Friendly to families / U18s
• Capacity of around 250

There must be a ton of places like this for wedding receptions and the like, but everywhere I speak to tells me that U18s are a total no-no… I don’t believe them for a minute, though. Can you help?
