The second meeting is upstairs at the Bloomsbury Tavern, 236 Shaftesbury Avenue, WC2H 8EG and it will be on the 16th of May and we’ll probably start around 7pm although we’ve got the room to ourselves from 6pm.

We currently have an open debate about all chipping in £3 for bar snacks and I almost feel that we should start another thread about that. There’s no charge for the room itself. We have a little project where you can contribute a short story with the title “The Other” which has to be sent to LitroK (QV) by the 9th.

Anyway, do come along – we’re all nice, friendly people who just think writing is fun. Apart from Mic, who is fine as long as he is kept on his medication…

Adrian – thanks for the tip – but I apparently need to be a moderator or at least remember my password – so I’m fucked.

Floatykatjia: I don’t think we need to involve deceased Scottish poets in this – even though I think Burns rocks! (actually I hate that epithet but I’m just trying to sound younger than I am).

Generally, though, I’m looking forward to the 16th – and what’s more, I’ve done my piece! So nah-nah-na-na-nah! :-))))

Sorry just testing calendar, or was that playing with it?.

All okay to attend, so sorry for ups and downs on attending.

Have script ready for an upcoming video production (short one) also a short staged DVD of the script to hand to customer soon to illustrate storyboard. Not finalised. Maybe some input to story board on the night.

Hi Knid,

The basic format for this meeting (and it may well change) is that if you want to, write a short story and send it to Litro (litro.k@googlemail.com) who will then send it out to everybody. The title this time is “The Other”. Make of it what you will.

The meeting itself will be just a general discussion about writing and anything else people want to talk about. And drinking.
