So the Kaiser Chiefs will be headlining one night of the Wireless Festival in Hyde Park in June. Does anyone know who else is lined up to play?

(And will there be loads of free tickets dished out yet again this year?)

Get them the fook out of MY park! Hyde Park was bequeathed to us all for quiet relaxation, sick of it being hijacked throughout the summer months for corporate music events and the like, fackin’ liberty in fact.

Y’can see I’m fuming, my expletives are regionally randomised. The feckers.

eFestivals had the following rumours:

Editors - to be confirmed 
Kaiser Chiefs - confirmed 
Morrissey - strong rumour 
Paul Weller - rumour 
Smashing Pumpkins - rumour 
The Pigeon Detectives - to be confirmed

Last year’s festival, with The Flaming Lips was brilliant, so fingers x’d this year will be good again. Though it could’ve been the free tickets and prodigious quantities of Margaritas I consumed that made it so amazing…

It just gets better – Daft Punk AND Lcd Soundsystem on the same bill!

Surely there has to be some sort of collaboration on Daft Punk Is Playing At My House? maybe they;ll change the lyrics to”daft punk is playing in my park”...
